The NMSBVI Board of Regents consists of five regents appointed by the Governor. Our Board is required to be bipartisan and have at least one member who is blind or visually impaired. Regents serve for terms of six years and are tasked with the care and preservation of all NMSBVI property, overseeing the disbursement and expenditure of all money appropriated to NMSBVI, and setting policy.
